SHADOW A STYLIST AT THE NATURAL
At The Natural, we value learning and growing. We want to extend that beyond our team and create a space that enables other stylists to learn and grow through us.
What a shadow day at The Natural includes:
*A small bag of goodies
*A phone consultation with your desired mentor stylist. This is used to establish your goals + create a customized schedule for you. We want you to get the most out of your day!
*A 30 minute post- Shadow Day Q+A to go over any last minute questions or thoughts.
*For lunch, we also have you covered!

Expectations for Shadowers:
*You would pay a non-refundable deposit to start the process. The deposit will be deducted from the total of shadowing. Once a deposit is paid, your desired mentor stylist will schedule your phone consultation. The full price of your shadow day must be paid before your scheduled shadow day.
*We want you to get to see and feel the whole experience. This means that we really want you to see the way we interact with clients and the way we interact as a team. With this being said, we encourage questions, but we just ask that you would write them down and ask at the end of the day so you can really soak it all up in the moment. We believe in our techniques, but we genuinely feel that there is something to be said about the experience we offer in the salon.
